Bit about me
I am a descendant of the Kamilaroi nation. I grew up on Bundjalung land and am privileged to call Gubbi Gubbi land home. I graduated from the University of Technology, Sydney, Masters of Genetic Counselling in 2023 and support the Integrating Genomics into Medicine team part-time as a senior research assistant. I have 20 years experience as a high school educator and pedagogical leadership in Queensland and abroad. I have a passion for driving equitable social services including a keen interest in mainstreaming genetic technologies and achieving the promise of genetic medicine through improving implementation.
